Meravigliosa escursione adatta a tutta la famiglia con un sentiero panoramico che si snoda nel bosco per poi giungere in circa 1 ora di cammino al rifugio Trivena, un gioiellino collocato alla fine di una splendida valle Breguzzo da dove partono diverse escursioni, in un ambiente piuttosto selvaggio … 

Partiamo la mattina presto, zaini in spalle, sorriso in viso, pelosi pronti a correre, c’imbattiamo in qualche tratto ghiacciato ma siamo attrezzati con i ramponi da scarponi e superiamo facilmente sia i tratti con ghiaccio che un paio di vecchie slavine. 

L’aria è fresca ma c’è il sole che ci scalda e saliamo tranquillamente senza giubbini. 

Giunti al rifugio ci rifocilliamo, un’ottima fetta di torta ai mirtilli, un buon caffè, un saluto al gestore, molto gentile e disponibile e poi decidiamo di fare 4 salti e 2 foto nella neve circostante.

Non c’è molta gente, come piace a noi. Silenzio, pace e natura.

E’ perfetto. 

Respiriamo questa meraviglia a pieni polmoni e poi ripartiamo per il rientro. 

Alex è entusiasta d’essere giunto a destinazione senza troppa fatica ed ora che si rientra vorrebbe solo correre ma ancora ci attendono tratti ghiacciati e neve, nonostante sia primavera e ci siano anche i primi fiorellini che salutiamo al nostro passaggio.

Wonderful excursion suitable for the whole family with a panoramic path that winds through the woods and then in about 1 hour to reach the Trivena refuge, a gem located at the end of a splendid Breguzzo valley from where various excursions depart, in a rather wild environment …
We leave early in the morning, backpacks on our backs, smiles on our faces, hairy ready to run, we come across some frozen tracts but we are equipped with boot crampons and we easily overcome both the ice sections and a couple of old avalanches.
The air is fresh but there is the sun that warms us and we go up quietly without jackets.
Once at the shelter we refresh ourselves, a great slice of blueberry cake, a good coffee, a greeting to the manager, very kind and helpful and then we decide to do 4 jumps and 2 photos in the snow.
Alex is thrilled to have reached his destination without too much effort and now that he returns he would just like to run but still we expect icy sections and snow, although it is spring and there are also the first flowers that we salute when we pass.
